In this episode I talk with the lovely Heather Yurko about how her company creates an amazing experience for hairstylists and salon owners to transform their industry. We discuss her mission and her on boarding processes.

Her divine assignment is PIP- Positively Impacting People. The way she does that currently is through serving the beauty industry. She created a high level salon in Louisville Ky and an education platform for industry professionals- her goal is to shift the perspective of the way her industry sees themselves which will in turn shift the way society views hairstylists and salon owners.
